Shipping & Return Policies

Canada wide shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100.
Local shipping or delivery is currently complimentary to areas including - Qualicum Beach, Parksville and Nanoose Bay within 2-3 business days.

Bella Luche Skin Care ships via Canada Post. Please note that the indicated shipping times is 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). These shipping times do not include one additional business day for processing of your order.

Bella Luche Skin Care shall in no way be held responsible for any damages resulting from any error or failure on the part of Canada Post. Canada Post shall be responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Risk of loss, damage or destruction shall pass to the Client upon delivery, except as provided for in the next section.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

All products returned must be unopened (an unbroken seal), original packaging within 15 days of the original purchase date. We do not accept responsibility in cases where the client has entered an incorrect or incomplete address or has ordered a product incorrectly so please enter all ordering information carefully. After your order is shipped, Bella Luche Skin Care is unable to accept any changes to, or cancellation of your order.

In all cases when the client requests an exchange or refund, contact kristy@bellaluche.com and include your order information (date of purchase and product(s) purchased) and a description of the reason for your request. Bella Luche Skin is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Foreign Purchases Fees and Taxes

Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to duties, national or local taxes in your jurisdiction and/or brokerage fees. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
